Air Fryer Cloud Cake

INGREDIENTS:

3 egg whites

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

Start by beating the egg whites in a large bowl until they form soft peaks.

Slowly sprinkle in the sugar while continuing to beat until you reach stiff peaks.

Next, gently fold in the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is just combined.

Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.

Cook it in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cake is set and has a light golden color.
