Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and grated (or finely chopped)
  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or butter), melted
  • Thin apple slices (for topping)

Instructions:
