No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Ingredients:
200 g digestive biscuits or tea biscuits
100 g butter
½ cup sugar
¼ cup milk
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Biscuits
    Break biscuits into small pieces (not powder, keep some chunks).
  2. Make the Chocolate Mixture
    In a pan, melt butter with sugar and milk over low heat.
    Add cocoa powder and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
    Let it cool slightly.
  3. Combine
    Mix chocolate mixture with broken biscuits (and optional nuts or dried fruits) until well coated.
  4. Set the Cake
    Line a loaf pan or round pan with parchment paper.
    Pour the mixture into the pan and press firmly.
    Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or until firm.
  5. Serve
    Slice and enjoy chilled.
    Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
