No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Ingredients:
200 g digestive biscuits or tea biscuits
100 g butter
½ cup sugar
¼ cup milk
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits
Instructions:
- Prepare the Biscuits
Break biscuits into small pieces (not powder, keep some chunks). - Make the Chocolate Mixture
In a pan, melt butter with sugar and milk over low heat.
Add cocoa powder and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Let it cool slightly. - Combine
Mix chocolate mixture with broken biscuits (and optional nuts or dried fruits) until well coated. - Set the Cake
Line a loaf pan or round pan with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the pan and press firmly.
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or until firm. - Serve
Slice and enjoy chilled.
Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
