Butter Garlic Baked Shrimp (Ready in 15 Minutes!)

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 500 g (1 lb) raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Shrimp

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place shrimp in a baking dish in one layer.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.

3️⃣ Bake

  • Pour sauce over shrimp and toss gently.
  • Bake 8–10 minutes until shrimp turns pink and juicy (don’t overbake!).

4️⃣ Serve

  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
  • Perfect with rice, pasta, bread, or salad.

  • 6–7 minutes
  • Shake once halfway.
