Ingredients (4 servings)
- 500 g (1 lb) raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Shrimp
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place shrimp in a baking dish in one layer.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
Bake
- Pour sauce over shrimp and toss gently.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until shrimp turns pink and juicy (don’t overbake!).
Serve
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
- Perfect with rice, pasta, bread, or salad.

- 6–7 minutes
- Shake once halfway.
