Cheesy Beef and Veggie Quiche
This Cheesy Beef and Veggie Quiche is a hearty, flavorful dish filled with savory ground beef, colorful bell peppers, and a cheesy, creamy filling. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner, this quiche will be a family favorite, combining a rich filling with a crispy, golden crust.

Ingredients:
1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade)
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the beef:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell peppers, cooking until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
Prepare the quiche filling:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until well combined.
Assemble the quiche:
Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly into the pre-baked pie crust. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the top, making sure the filling is evenly distributed.
Bake the quiche:
Bake the quiche for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown. If the edges of the crust start to brown too quickly, cover them with foil.
Cool and serve:
Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
This Cheesy Beef and Veggie Quiche is rich, savory, and filled with delicious flavors. Perfect for any occasion, it’s sure to impress your guests and become a favorite dish in your recipe rotation!
