Chocolate Coconut Cake

Recipe Introduction:
This 5-ingredient dessert is a sweet and simple indulgence. The soft cake with a gooey chocolate filling is irresistible and comes together in no time. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without a lot of fuss!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of cake mix (any kind, preferably vanilla or yellow)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup of Nutella (or any chocolate spread)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a round cake pan (or line it with parchment paper).
  3. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, coconut flakes, and melted butter. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Add a generous layer of Nutella or chocolate spread over the batter, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Top with the remaining cake batter, spreading it evenly over the Nutella.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
