Crockpot Creamy Mushroom Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (2 lbs) ground beef
  • 1 can (300 g) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the beef
    Add the ground beef to your crockpot. You can lightly brown it in a pan first for extra flavor (optional).
  2. Add ingredients
    Pour in the cream of mushroom soup (like in the image), then add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and beef broth.
  3. Mix gently
    Stir everything together so the sauce coats the meat evenly.
  4. Cook
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
  5. Finish creamy
    About 15–20 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream for a richer texture (optional but recommended).
  6. Serve
    Garnish with parsley and serve over:

    • Rice 🍚
    • Mashed potatoes 🥔
    • Pasta 🍝

💡 Tips:

  • Add sliced fresh mushrooms for more texture.
  • You can toss in carrots or peas for a complete meal.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
