Instructions:

Add the ground beef to your crockpot. You can lightly brown it in a pan first for extra flavor (optional). - Add ingredients
Pour in the cream of mushroom soup (like in the image), then add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and beef broth. - Mix gently
Stir everything together so the sauce coats the meat evenly. - Cook
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Finish creamy
About 15–20 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream for a richer texture (optional but recommended). - Serve
