Grandma’s Quick Gluten-Free Cottage Cheese Cake with Chocolate Chips

A delicious and quick dessert that combines the creaminess of cottage cheese with the sweetness of chocolate chips. This gluten-free version of grandma’s quick cottage cheese cake is perfect for any occasion, and it’s so easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper.
