Pour melted butter over raw

Ingredients:

  • 700g–1kg (1.5–2 lbs) chicken breast (cubed or whole)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or homemade: garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Optional:
    • ½ cup chicken broth
    • ½ cup cream cheese (for a creamy version)
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  1. Prep the chicken
    • Place raw chicken in the slow cooker.
    • Season with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
  2. Add butter
    • Pour melted butter evenly over the chicken (like in the image).
  3. Cook
    • Cover and cook:
      • Low: 5–6 hours
      • High: 3–4 hours
  4. Optional creamy version
    • Add cream cheese during the last 30 minutes.
    • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve
    • Shred or leave in chunks.
    • Serve over rice, pasta, or with veggies.

  • Add potatoes or carrots to make it a full meal.
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs or parsley before serving.
