Soft Homemade Crepes (Easy Pancake Recipe)

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional for sweet crepes)
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the batter
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, and oil.
- Mix until smooth and lump-free.
- Rest the batter
- Let it rest 5–10 minutes (makes softer crepes).
- Cook
- Heat a non-stick pan lightly greased.
- Pour a small ladle of batter.
- Tilt pan to spread thinly.
- Flip
- Cook about 1 minute until golden.
- Flip and cook the other side 30–40 seconds.
- Serve
- Fold or roll and add toppings.
